Elden Ring: Ray Tracing in patch and other technical details
A little over three months before Elder Ring s global release, the details flock on the next production of fromSoftware. After we have feasted from a long video presentation, Banzai NAMC unveils some technical details on the different platforms.
The Banzai NAMC FAQ teaches us in particular that ray tracing will be added to the PS5 and Xbox Series X editions in the form of update, probably at launch or shortly after. Regarding the resolution and frequency of images per second, the new generation console owners will find the now traditional choice between the fluidity mode that will do its best to ensure the 60 frames per second and the resolution mode that promises a 4K display.
We know, everyone could not have put their hands on a new generation console for the game exit. That s why it s good to note that the backup transfer will be supported in both directions Between the Xbox Series and the Xbox One. On PlayStation, it will also be possible to transfer its backup of the PS4 to the PS5, but the reverse path will not be possible. For the rest, no significant different is to be expected between the two competing machines.
