Lightyear: first teaser trailer for spin-off

Disney and Pixar presented the teaser trailer to Lightyear. It is a spinques movie to Toy Story, which will turn everything around Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear. The theatrical release is scheduled for 16 June 2022.

That s the story of Lightyear

The main character is not the toy from the previous films of the Toy Story series. Instead, the story deals with the real Buzz Lightyear, who became famous in the Pixar Universe as Astronaut and finally received its own action figure.

Fans of Toy Story also get the famous room suit of Buzz Lightyear to see. Also the saying: To Infinity and Beyond is - at least almost complete - in the trailer.

Mcu hero speaks Buzz Lightyear

For the film Disney in the US original has also been a prominent actor who will speak the role of Buzz Lightyear. It is Chris Evans, who was visible in MCU as Captain America in numerous films. So far, Tim has always spoken the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the cinema.

But because it is not about the toy space ranger, the astronaut gets a new voice awarded. Other cast members are not yet known yet.

Another Pixar movie appears before Lightyear

Already in July 2021, the makers with red have introduced another project, which will soon appear in the cinema. Pixar is dedicated to the topics of fear and pressure in red, which show itself at the protagonist Mei Lee by their special transformation. The film can be seen from 10 March 2022 in the cinema.
