The Life is Strange series gives a sign of life from itself and brings Shawn Mendes on board

In addition to the new offshoot Life is Strange: True Colors should also get the Life IS Strange series also a TV adaptation. The was originally announced in 2016, but since then it has become silent for production. So far, we only knew that Legendary Entertainment had acquired the rights for adaptation and the series in collaboration with DJ2 Entertainment (which participated, among others on the Sonic movie).

When will the LIFE IS STRANGE series appear? A release date for the series has not yet exist. Presumably we will have to be patient for a while.

Now there is finally a new sign of life of production. Although we still have to wait for casting announcements, trailers and Co., but at least one important element of games seems to be in good hands.

Shawn Mendes works on the music: The grammy-nominated singer takes care of the music of the adaptation. Many fans of the games are likely to agree that the musical accompaniment belongs to one of the most important elements for the mood of Life's Strange.

In addition, the production company Anonymous content was also brought on board, which is responsible for series like 13 Reasons Why. The setting of the high school series at least comes very close to that of Life Is Strange.

What we know about the series

Much is not yet known to the Life Is Strange series. From the first statement, however, we already know that the series should play in Arcadia Bay and on the Blackwell Academy, which of course suggests that the story of the first Life IS Strange game is picked up. The question remains open whether the series presents the game (or even several games of the series) as original as possible or more freedom takes. At least the Life is Strange-makers already revealed us that we could see the action from new perspectives to see.

Life is Strange Remaster postponed

For all too long, we do not have to patrol for new Life's Strange content. Life is Strange: True Colors will be released on 10 September 2021 with all episodes and shortly thereafter, on September 30, we get the right DLC Wavelength.

However, if you have more desire for the first Life's Strange, you have to wait a little longer. The Remastered Collection of Life is Strange appears after shifting at the beginning of 2022.
